Q. Is there a minimum or maximum number of articles per month?
It is important to provide a good amount of fresh content, so we start from 25 per month. When you enquire we see how many news stories per month are currently being produced and let you know what the maximum (or minimum) we can offer is.
Q. How do you choose which topics to write on?
You tell us the “keyword triggers” and our researchers monitor many daily news feeds for those stories. You can give us guidelines on what to look for, or send over URLs of existing stories to rewrite.
Q. What if my product range or focus changes?
You can alter the keywords we focus on once per month at no charge.
Q. How do you deliver the news to me?
We can send the stories directly to your site as an RSS feed, which means we don’t have access to change else on your site, and they’ll appear automatically. We could also upload to your news section if you have one, email you the articles, or quote to build a custom news area for your site that meets Google News’ stringent rules. We will advise you when you call and make this process as simple as possible.
Q. How long will it take to setup?
Usually within 7 days, depending on how you want the stories delivered. We will confirm this when you order.
Q. Can I proof the articles?
If you want to proof read each article we can send the articles to you instead for uploading.
Q. Why don’t I just copy and paste stories from other websites instead?
That would be duplicate content and Google only lists the first publisher for a story.
Q. Can you help me supply this content to my customers in another way?
We can build you a branded “desktop widget” which pops up with an alert when a news story is posted. The user simply clicks the story to come direct through to the full story on your site.
Q. How much does it cost?
