New Year, New Team Member for Refreshed Media
Refreshed Media have kicked off what promises to be an exciting year with Lee Hill joining as Account Director, managing several key client accounts.
Lee joins the team having previously worked at Castle Cover (Ageas) where he was responsible for digital campaign management and website development. He also brings extensive experience on both agency and client side having held previous roles in marketing and digital account management.
Lee describes himself as being driven and efficient at work, but very laid back and disorganised at home. He is also a self-declared film junkie with a love of 80’s films such as Labyrinth and The Goonies.
Managing Director Simon Melaniphy commented “We are very excited at Lee joining what is now an even stronger account management team. With great success in his previous role, and strong understanding of lead generation, direct marketing and analytics, he brings an extra dynamic to the team and is being well received by his clients.

Refreshed Media are Counting Down to Christmas
Refreshed Media are feeling festive with the launch of an advent calendar application on Facebook for Red Funnel.
The Isle of Wight ferry company will be giving Facebook fans the opportunity to win various prizes in the run up to Christmas. There are some great prizes on offer including IKEA gift cards and Liz Earle beauty sets.
All entries into the competition also enter users into the final prize draw to win an Isle of Wight holiday in a vintage VW camper van. The winner of the main prize draw will be announced on the 3rd January.
Refreshed Media have been involved in the creative work and build of the project. They will also be working with Red Funnel on the strategy of the project. Since the application launched there has been an increase in the page likes, which Facebook hope to build on as the countdown continues.

Award Win for Refreshed Media Client
Refreshed Media would like to congratulate Complete Cruise Solution (CCS) after the company won an award with Trade Travel Gazette (TTG) for their Refreshed Media designed website.
This is the third year running that CCS has won the award for ‘Trade Facing Website for Travel’. The company fought off competition from 5 other companies including Virgin Holidays and Superbreak Mini Holidays.
Refreshed Media’s Managing Director, Simon Melaniphy explains, "Understanding your audience & delivering what they want, along with excellent website usability, has clearly worked for CCS. We are very proud to have been a key part of this exciting and highly successful project."
CCS were also nominated for their, ‘Online Training Academy’, in the Training Programme of the Year category. The Academy allows agents to take part in training on CCS products in a fun and engaging way and gain rewards for their achievements.
