I've never worked for a company which has such a can-do, ambitious and innovative approach to digital marketing. We get results and we love what we do.

Your favourite Refreshed moment?
Probably being asked to give Conversion Rate Optimisation seminars to 100s of managers and directors for Business Link.

Your favourite Refreshed project?
Definitely one of our first multivariate tests - actually got the client a 300% uplift in conversions.

Probably Shazam or Words with Friends (the MD can't beat me)

Marks & Spencer - I've probably spent approximately £250 on their Pea & Ham soups at the local store over the past year.

What do you think's big on the horizon for digital?
Increased investment in regular Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) components (MVT / UX / Behavioural Analytics). Greater universalisation of SERPs too - more real time, snippets, social personalisation of results, video.
