What do you think is big on the horizon for digital?
If I said now, I'll have to update this answer far too frequently. All we know and what keeps this business exciting, is the future hasn't arrived. And it never will. Other than the seemingly obvious (the stuff we're told from brand leaders, the things we're advised from industry experts and the occasional surprise revelation), without a time-machine, we just don't know what the future has in store.
Innovation will keep things changing - a beautiful thing, but what lasts interests me the most. And we'll find out based on the success and failure of brands (ones with great BIG balls).
