What's big on the horizon for 2012?
Content strategy with consumer engagement contributing to generating the content. Social, will also be once more particularly with the increasing significance as an organic traffic source and having a greater influencer on search engine result pages. Social Media will become a necessary rather than an optional element of the digital marketing mix. Social Media ROI will go in hand with this; businesses and brands will increasingly demand continuous measurement and refinement in this area to improve ROI.
