2nd Major Travel Award

Refreshed Media has won a prestigious travel industry award for a client's website for the second year running.

Complete Cruise Solution (CCS), part of  Carnival UK, has scooped "Best Trade Facing Website of the Year" at the Trade Travel Gazette (TTG) awards in London last night (23rd September 2010).  TTG is the most recognised publication in the travel industry, and the awards are watched throughout the industry.

The website, www.completecruisesolution.com, is an extranet for travel agents which provides a rich variety of content on all of Carnival's cruise brands.

Significant usability and information architecture work was carried out at the start of the web build, as well as particular attention to the search functionality and creative to ensure that travel agents would find the site engaging.  Their regular use and feedback has helped to demonstrate to the TTG that the website was worthy of winning the award for the second consecutive year.
