We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to grow our relationships with our clients. Responsibilities will include; maximising the client relationship, creative, analysing and implementing online marketing strategies.
This exciting and varied role will appeal to people who have experience in account management. They will be a confident, self motivated, proactive and target driven individual who has experience in presenting to company directors and at board level. An in-depth knowledge of online marketing is essential, along with a good understanding of traditional marketing.
The role includes:
- Attending pre-allocated pre-sales and account management meetings with prospects and clients with the following objectives:
- identifying, quoting for, and signing additional revenue opportunities
- ensuring client satisfaction of past and current projects
- reviewing performance of past and current projects carried out for the client
- Answering pre-sales inbound telephone calls, identifying appropriate sales opportunities, and pursuing these to closure
- Writing, coordinating and implementing online marketing strategies.
- Coordinating projects and ensuring they run smoothly with maximum client communication.
- Working closely with the New Business Development Consultants to put together and present pitches.
- Writing quotations and proposals
- Meeting your monthly sales and appointment targets
- Analysing of e-marketing campaigns
- Consultancy for online marketing for clients on a retainer
- Maximising revenue from existing client relationships
- Occasionally identifying and attending business networking meetings
- Contributing creatively to brainstorming sessions
