• Managing and motivating a small team, while assisting them in achieving their personal development plans
• Drive business development across various industry sectors
• Undertake targeted effective telephone calls to potential clients in order to arrange face-to-face presentations
• Undertake face-to-face presentations and pitches to managers and directors
• Deliver all aspects of the sales process from cold calling; presentations; closing and negotiation
• Identifying opportunities with existing clients and maximising accounts
• Help contribute, progress and develop the company’s strategy in order to grow the Refreshed presence within Manchester
• Co-ordinate intelligent online strategies and pitches to high end Blue Chip accounts
• Prepare weekly reports of sales activities
• Maintain all contacts on contact management system and record all communication and status of sales ensuring these are accurate and up to date
• Meeting monthly sales targets
• Attending business networking meetings
