We are looking for a Project Manager with digital agency experience.

You would be joining a leading digital agency, established since 2003, who are part of the Emerge group turning over £30m.  Client base includes Comet, Cunard, The Hospital Group, RM and the BBC.

The primary duties of this project management role are: 

1. Providing technical input for proposals or at client meetings
2. Liaising with production teams to estimate time and costs
3. Sourcing and managing contractors to complete work
4. Producing documents including technical specifications, wire frames, site maps and milestone documents
5. Ensuring clients understand what a project will deliver
6. Ensuring clients deliverables are received on time
7. Delivering training to clients
8. Reporting project status to account managers and clients on a regular basis
9. Managing development and creative teams, and contractors where appropriate, to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and within the agreed number of hours
10. Identifying potential scope creep to the project and raising this with the account manager
11. Suggesting and defining process improvements for the department
12. Writing quotations and proposals
13. Order administration, e.g. producing order forms and ensuring they are signed and received, plus invoicing the client for work carried out
