Complete Cruise Solution (CCS), are the sales team for cruise brands such as the world famous Cunard Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Ocean Village. Their key role is to look after the travel agent community and ensure that agents are kept fully up to speed on all products and offers.
CCS wanted to revamp its website to deliver a fresh, vibrant look that is aimed at travel agents which creates a user friendly, central digital resource that allows travel agents to find everything they need for all four brands in one place.
The Refreshed Team carried out a full brand review. This involved workshops to gather cohesive insights of creative tone, usability, functionality of the site and how the team at CCS could provide a better service to travel agents to help them sell their cruise brands.
Interactive resources such as a personalised events calendar, image and video download library, point of sale ordering system and personalised poster creation tool create brand consistency across travel agents communications. Apart from creating a rich user centred site, travel agents individual logins display personalised content and offers. A fun section to the website encourages agents to enter competitions, post blog comments, explore an interactive meet the CCS team area and upload photos of events along with getting critical information on time crucial deals, news and information. They even get to see one of 6 different colour versions of the site which changes randomly at login to keep things fun!
