McCarthy & Stone have a large portfolio of properties throughout the country. Prior to this project, their website was considered outdated and in need of a redesign. Their core values were not being communicated and locating content was also difficult.
We conducted a usability study and site audit, which highlighted that the site suffered from an over complicated navigation with users getting mixed ideas about the true nature of the company’s products.
