With around 90% of active homebuyers in the UK using the internet as their first search step, Taylor Wimpey needed to expand their online presence to reach their target market.
Refreshed developed a fully integrated UK online marketing strategy to drive the right traffic to their site. From researching Taylor Wimpey’s target market and using these incites we were able to build the companies database and increase their reach potential. From this we selected the right mix of digital techniques from targeted banner advertising, email marketing and online PR to compliment Taylor Wimpey’s offline marketing with their online activity.
In an extremely competitive property market, Taylor Wimpey also needed a competitive search strategy. The Refreshed pay per click team set to work on driving down the cost per click rate whilst increasing the average click through rate to the Taylor Wimpey site.
Results
In the initial six month period the Refreshed team drove down the cost per enquiry to just 5% of the original cost. Conversion rates have also improved by a massive 20%. Taylor Wimpey has also seen significant results from their improved online marketing strategy.
