Website Support

Once we’ve built your new website, you’ll want the peace of mind that help is on hand for your future questions and support issues including:

  • Telephone and email access Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Answering “how to” questions relating to the site, email or hosting
  • Fixes within specification of project build, and support of future amendments that we make to the site
  • Patching to latest version for security releases of any software we have installed (any upgrade charges for software may apply, but install time is included)
  • Response within 4 working hours, and estimated fix time advised at that point
  • With every new website we offer one month of support free of charge.

As a base for your new website you'll need the security of a reliable hosting solution.
